財富無常，終會用盡，應當捨棄吝慳，廣結善緣；
地位無常，終會衰敗，應當捨棄自私，無私奉獻；
名氣無常，終會失去，應當捨棄我慢，傳遞愛心；
親人無常，終會離散，應當捨棄報怨，和睦相處；
身體無常，終會衰老，應當捨棄貪執，勇猛精進。
無常的觀念裡誕生永恆的真理，生活的點滴中發現覺醒之道。

Wealth is Impermanence and will eventually run out, don't be possessed with personal gains, create and share the abundance;
Status changes and will eventually decay, don't not be self-centred, love all serve all ;
Power is impermanence and will eventually disintegrated, let go of arrogance, spread love;
Relationships are impermanence and will somehow discrete, count blessings and live harmonously;
Health and Physical Body are impermanence, we are aging and deteriorating, live encouragously and passionately;
Realising 'Impermanence' is the truth of life, we can't live eternally, so awaken to the truth of living is embedded in every moment of daily living, that leading us to the awaken truth of life........
